We’ll take care of the rest, creating a pair tailored to their feet and made to walk their story. Each pair is handmade to order. 4. Choose their favourite sandals

The recipient selects their preferred model, colour and size on the INSOLANCE website.

5. Personalize their pair
They make their foot imprint at home with a free foam kit and a step-by-step video guide, then send it back with the prepaid label, also free and provide the relevant information needed to personalize their sandals by answering a quick questionnaire. 

6. We craft their sandals

Each pair is handmade in Spain with personalized insoles integrated into the sandals during production.
The gift card arrives by email instantly, and the sandals arrive 2 to 3 months after we receive the recipient’s foot imprint. It’s a gift to enjoy in spring and summer.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I get a refund for a gift card?

Yes. If you change your mind and your card is unused, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchasing your INSOLANCE gift card. After this period, gift cards are non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

How do I request a refund?

Simply contact us at support@insolance.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to cancel your gift card purchase. We will guide you through the process.

VALIDITY
How long is my INSOLANCE gift card valid for?

Our intended gift card validity period is three years from the date of purchase. Please check the validity date stated on your gift card.

What happens if my gift card expires before I use it?

Please use your gift card within its stated validity period. If it is approaching its expiry date or has already expired, contact us at support@insolance.com so we can review your situation and the terms applicable to your gift card.

Can I use my gift card whenever I am ready to order?

Absolutely. The gift card is designed to give you the freedom to choose your sandals when the time feels right, within its applicable validity period.

What if my order costs more than the value of my gift card?

You can pay the remaining balance using another available payment method at checkout.

Can I use a discount code with a gift card?

Discount codes can’t be used to buy a gift card. When the recipient redeems it, any discount code on their order follows that code’s own conditions, and any balance left on the gift card stays on the card.

How will I receive my gift card?

Your INSOLANCE gift card is delivered digitally by email, making it easy to give a thoughtful gift without waiting for a physical delivery.

Do I need to know the recipient's shoe size?

Not at all. That's what makes an INSOLANCE gift card special. The recipient can choose their preferred sandal model, colour and size when they are ready to order.

What should I do if I lose my gift card email?

Contact us at support@insolance.com with your purchase details. We will do our best to help you locate your gift card, subject to verification of the purchase.

Which countries can the gift card be used in?

The gift card can be redeemed for deliveries to addresses in Spain. 

THE FOOT IMPRINT & PRODUCTION
When will the recipient receive their sandals?


Between 2 and 3 months after we receive their foot-imprint kit. Every pair is handmade to order, so the sandals can’t arrive in time for Christmas, but the gift card can: it’s delivered by email instantly.

Does the recipient have to go anywhere to make the foot imprint?

No appointment or clinic visit is needed. The imprint is made at home with the foam kit we send, guided by a step-by-step video (a QR code in the kit opens it). The recipient only needs to collect the kit from the pickup point nearest the address they enter when they redeem the gift card, and drop it back at a pickup point with the prepaid return label included. Shipping and return are free. Please send the kit back within [10 days] of receiving it.

What happens if the imprint isn’t good?

We review every imprint when it arrives. If it isn’t accurate enough to design the insoles, we send a replacement kit free of charge. Any additional kit after that is at the recipient’s expense. If they need help at any point, they can write to support@insolance.com.
